Staff Accountant

Staff Accountant Salary: $34-43/hour (exempt full-time role) Great opportunity for someone with a couple of years of Staff Accounting/Junior Accounting experience or if you are graduating this May 2026! Key responsibilities of the Staff Accountant The Staff Accountant performs duties relating to a timely and accurate month-end close (monthly reconciliations of all balance sheet accounts, including bank reconciliation) Assist in preparation of financial and operating reports including trial balances, adjustments and closing entries. May assist in analysis and interpretation of accounting records for use by management. Back up to the accounts payable bookkeeper. Assist with analysis and budgets. Prepares State and Federal requested reports and assists in preparation of Form 990’s. Additional projects as assigned. Preferred qualifications of the Staff Accountant: BS Accounting (current or graduating in May 2026) 3-5years staff accounting experience OR As a recent college grad entering the market, you must have relevant internships or volunteer experience Self-starter, eager to learn, good Excel skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr Creative Financial Staffing, LLC
