Job Summary Responsible for supervising the daily activities and duties of spa operation. Provide leadership to reach employee and guest satisfaction. Functionsincludeemployee observations, training, andmaintainingthe Spa SOPs. How You Will Create the Extraordinary Employee relations, training, staff productivity, standards, and guest satisfaction issues. Displaya high levelof maturity, discretion, tact,judgmentand the ability to deal with confidential matters Maintain knowledge and understanding of treatments/physiological effects/contraindications. Interview prospective employees’ initialinterview and make hiring recommendations to Spa Manager or Assistant Director. Audit time and attendance. Orderapproved staff inventory in Oracle and Stratton Warren. Assist Spa Attendants and Receptionist with guest experience by answering telephones, checking in guests, making reservations, providingtoursandmaintainingdaily cleanliness of facility during operating hours. Create schedules for specific assigned teams withappropriate staffinglevels according to business volumes,i.e.special events, holidays, weekends, groups, etc. Required to havean operationalknowledge of spa software, Microsoft applications, and email. Act as a resource between employees and Spa Manager to resolve work related conflicts.Review and advise on theappropriate resolutionto problems, ensuring policy and procedures are consistently followed. Use constructive feedback,motivationand short and long-term intervention to address problems that affect job performance. Assistinmaintainingappropriate partsof linens and backbar products. Identifyand recommend solutions when the department faces survey performance negative shifts. Informappropriate managementof situations that may require further attention.This includes but is not limitedtosafety issues and concerns, OSHA compliance, ADA compliance, legal compliance, sexual harassment including employee and guests. Follow up to ensure resolution is achieved. Maintain an attitude and philosophy consistent with the Caesars Entertainment mission,visionand values. Work in a fast-pacedenvironment whilemaintaining a calm appearance. Perform all other projects and responsibilities asrequired. Comfortable around guests in a state of undress. Additional duties as assigned. Wage: $19.00 per hour What You Will Need P reviousSpa experience Recommended (1-2 year minimum) Must be able to read,writeand interpret inventory,purchasing, hospitality related terminology, Spa related terminology including the various treatment modalities, equipment, and products. High school diploma or equivalent Excellent, reading writing and oralproficiencyin the English language An energetic, forwardthinkingand creative individual with high ethical standards andan appropriate professionalimage. Ability to uphold anddemonstratethe highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated business.
