The dealership provides customers with the option to shop current inventory on-site or online, as well as order new vehicles to fit their preferences. A dedicated Mitsubishi service department supports ongoing maintenance and repairs to ensure long-term vehicle performance. Role Description The Automotive Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based at our dealership in Raleigh, NC. This role oversees the sales team, sets and monitors sales targets, and ensures a smooth and professional sales process from initial contact through delivery. The Automotive Sales Manager coaches and develops sales staff, conducts regular training sessions, and provides hands‑on support during customer interactions. Daily responsibilities include reviewing inventory, coordinating promotions, collaborating with service and finance teams, and tracking performance metrics. The role also focuses on maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, resolving escalated issues, and reinforcing a culture of integrity and service. Qualifications Demonstrated expertise in Automotive Sales and strong knowledge of automotive products and features. Proven track record in Sales with the ability to drive performance and meet or exceed dealership targets. Commitment to Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, with skill in building long-term client relationships. Experience in the automotive industry (Automotive) and familiarity with dealership operations and processes. Previous leadership or management experience in a sales environment. Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict‑resolution skills. Ability to work on‑site full time in Raleigh, NC, including evenings and weekends as needed. Proficiency with CRM systems and basic office software; comfort with digital retail tools.
