Quick Facts Location: 500 Campus Drive, Hancock, MI 49930 Start Date: 08/14/2026 (flexible based on credentialing & candidate availability) End Date/Duration: Long-term (1 year+) Shift: Mon-Fri, 8am – 5pm, no call coverage Hours/Week: 40 Employment Type: Contract License/Certs: MI License, MI CDS, MI DEA (required) Experience: Minimum 50 urological procedures within past 12 months or recent completion of fellowship/residency Pay & Benefits Pay Rate: $1.00 per hour Benefits: Competitive pay package Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Paid sick time per applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable Robust referral bonus program 24/7 dedicated support team during assignments What You’ll Do Provide expert urological care in outpatient and surgical settings Perform a variety of urological procedures, including those suitable for Da Vinci Xi Robot Manage patient consultations, diagnoses, and treatment planning Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team providing exceptional patient care Document patient interactions using electronic medical records (EMR) Contribute to community health initiatives and patient satisfaction Maintain compliance with hospital and licensing requirements What You Need Required: Michigan Medical License, MI CDS, and MI DEA Certification by the American Board of Urology or American Osteopathic Board of Surgery (Urological Surgery) or eligible At least 50 urological procedures performed in the past 12 months or recent completion of fellowship/residency Successful completion of ACGME or AOA-accredited training Preferred: Prior experience in clinical urology settings Ability to work independently in a team-oriented environment About the Assignment This position is based at a community-focused facility in Hancock, Michigan, serving a diverse outpatient population.
