Compensation $18 per hour to start, plus performance bonuses that put you in control of your earnings! What Your Day Looks Like You'll be the backbone of our operation, making sure customers get what they need when they need it. Pick & Pack Use scanners and team communication to accurately pull and prepare orders. Ship Shape Tag, wrap, and secure orders for shipment by hand or with our Smart Wrapper. Load & Go Safely load trucks, ensuring all cargo is secure for delivery. Stay Organized Verify all documentation and help stock incoming freight to keep our warehouse running smoothly. Gear Up Operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other warehouse equipment. Forklift/chariot certification is a bonus, but we're happy to train motivated candidates! What It Takes to Succeed A reliable team player with a strong work ethic. Good communication skills (read, write, and comprehend English). Ready to learn and grow through on-the-job training. Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check. A High School Diploma or equivalent. Physically able to handle the demands of a fast-paced warehouse environment, including lifting up to 35 lbs frequently and working in various temperatures.
