Permanent Physician Assistant – Family Medicine | Hawthorne, California

TinkBird Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Physician Assistant for a permanent opportunity with a multi-site FQHC outpatient clinic network serving underserved communities in California. Position details include:

Job Type: Permanent

Specialty: Primary Care

Setting: Outpatient only

Start Date: ASAP

Multidisciplinary, team-based environment

Schedule Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

No nights or weekend call

Practice Environment

Average 20–22 patients per day

High-volume FQHC system serving a diverse, underserved population

Collaborative team including physicians, specialists, behavioral health, and dental providers

Approximately 180,000 visits annually across 48,000 patients

Requirements

Active Physician Assistant license

Experience Required: 1 year

Interest in serving underserved populations

Compensation & Benefits: Compensation: $80–$85 per hour
