The practice is seeking a Full-Time Physician Assistant to join its multi-specialty team. This position is designed for a clinician who excels in a fast-paced outpatient environment, managing a diverse patient base that includes both Family Medicine and Outpatient Surgery cases.


This is an ideal role for a provider who values a consistent, family-friendly schedule in a highly stable private practice setting. The position offers a traditional Monday through Friday schedule with no call and no weekends , allowing you to provide high-quality care during normal business hours from 8 AM to 5 PM . Responsibilities

• Manage a consistent daily patient volume of 20-22 cases .
• Provide a blend of clinical care across Family Medicine and Outpatient Surgery cases.
• Conduct comprehensive physical examinations, wellness visits, and acute care assessments.
• Assist in the clinical management of surgical patients, including pre-operative evaluations and post-operative follow-ups.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans for a diverse patient demographic.
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMR) to ensure high-quality continuity of care.

Qualifications

• Valid certification from the NCCPA .
• Current unrestricted license as a Physician Assistant in the State of California .
• Experience or a strong clinical interest in a mix of Family Medicine and surgical sub-specialties.
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, multi-specialty outpatient setting.
