Measure, record, and report vital signs and health observations promptly to supervising nursing staff. Support resident mobility, safe transfers, positioning, and ambulation following individualized care plans. Assist with mealtime setup, dining support, and monitoring hydration/nutritional intake. Maintain clean, safe, and therapeutic resident living areas and care environments. Complete accurate, timely daily care logs and documentation in accordance with facility standards. Provide emotional and social support while promoting resident dignity, independence, and confidentiality. Follow all safety, emergency, and infection control procedures to ensure a safe environment for all residents and staff. Requirements Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Florida. Minimum 1 year (12 months) of experience in senior care, rehabilitation, long-term care, or hospital settings. Ability to lift at least 50 lbs regularly and assist residents with physical mobility needs. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
