Hospice RN Case Manager

Hospice Registered NurseWe are seeking a compassionate, knowledgeable, and adaptable Hospice Registered Nurse who is passionate about providing exceptional end of life care. The ideal candidate is committed to serving patients and families with empathy while managing a daily caseload of around 5 to 7 patient visits within a 50-mile service area. This role requires flexibility to adjust priorities throughout the day, including responding to urgent admissions or patient deaths as needed. Candidates must be willing to participate in an on-call rotation and assist with after-hours and weekend admissions when necessary.
