Office Manager – Independent Insurance Agency
Seeking a strong, experienced insurance leader to manage the day-to-day operations of a growing independent insurance agency. The ideal candidate will have a P&C License, strong Personal Lines experience, Commercial Lines knowledge, and a proven ability to lead and motivate a team. This person will be responsible for bringing structure, accountability, and a strong sales culture to the office.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop the agency team
Oversee daily office operations and workflows
Manage and support Personal Lines and Commercial Lines accounts
Drive new business, cross-selling, and retention
Establish accountability and improve agency processes
Handle escalated client and insurance issues
Work closely with ownership on agency growth

Qualifications

Active P&C License required
Strong Personal Lines experience
Commercial Lines experience preferred
Previous leadership/management experience
Strong sales and customer service skills
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership
