Senior Finance Manager

We are seeking a Senior Manager of Finance to drive financial strategy and decision-making within our fast-paced FMCG environment . This role is pivotal in overseeing financial planning, forecasting, and analysis to ensure profitability and sustainable growth in a competitive market. You will leverage advanced financial systems and analytical tools to assess market trends, optimize pricing strategies, and enhance operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Financial Planning & Analysis: Develop and manage dynamic financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning, ensuring agility in responding to market changes within FMCG. Commercial Finance Support: Provide data-driven insights to support pricing, promotional effectiveness, sales performance, and supply chain optimization. Expert Systems & Automation: Utilize financial systems to enhance reporting accuracy, streamline financial processes, and drive automation for efficiency in a high-volume business. Market & Consumer Insights: Analyze financial and market data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities. Provide actionable insights to support product launches, distribution strategies, and cost control. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with sales, marketing, operations, and supply chain teams to align financial strategy with business objectives and improve profitability. Leadership & Team Development: Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a high-performance culture and driving continuous process improvements. Risk & Performance Management: Monitor key financial indicators, assess risks, and implement mitigation strategies to maintain business stability in a volatile FMCG landscape. Process Optimization: Continuously refine financial processes and reporting structures to drive efficiency and accuracy in a fast-moving consumer goods environment. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business (MBA or CPA preferred). 7+ years of finance experience , with at least 3 years in a managerial role, ideally within FMCG, consumer goods, or retail . Strong expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and commercial finance . Proficiency in financial systems, ERP tools, and data analytics platforms . Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume, and dynamic market . Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
