Requisitos Indispensables

8+ years of progressive experience in a CPA firm environment.

Active CPA license required or must be obtained within 6 months of hire.

Expert knowledge of US tax forms (1040, 1065, 1120-S, etc.).

Must have experience in: Professional Services - Accounting & Audit Firms (CPA)

Detalles de Compensación

Salario: $130,000.00 - $150,000.00 USD yearly

Responsabilidades Principales

Oversee and review preparation of federal and state tax forms for individuals, corporations, partnerships, trusts, and estates.

Act as primary contact for high-value clients, providing strategic tax advice.

Mentor and develop staff and seniors to ensure technical excellence.

Support business development and partner-track initiatives as applicable.

Experiencia Mínimo 8 años

Educación/Especialización Requerida: Grado universitario requerido - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or EconomicsMáster requerido - MBA o Maestria en Finanzas
