Key Responsibilities: Diagnose, maintain, and repair Mercedes-Benz vehicles with precision. Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and accuracy. Test-drive vehicles and test components using advanced diagnostic equipment. Communicate clear cause-and-correction notes for service advisors and guests. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace. Qualifications and Requirements: Experience: Previous dealership experience is strictly required . Brand Expertise: Proven experience working on Mercedes-Benz vehicles preferred. Technical Skills: Strong diagnostic and mechanical abilities. Tools: Must possess your own tools (built-in benches provided). Certifications: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident. Pre-employment background checks are required, including MVR, and drug screening.
