What You Will Do
- Design user-centric interfaces that enhance the contract review experience.
- Collaborate closely with legal experts and AI engineers to create intuitive design solutions.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and improve workflows.
- Develop and maintain design systems that ensure consistency across all platforms.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design concepts effectively.
- Analyze user feedback and data to iterate on designs and enhance user satisfaction.
- Stay updated on design trends and emerging technologies to keep the product at the forefront of the industry.
Ideal Candidate Background
- 3+ years of experience in a design role, preferably within tech or legal technology.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design projects and problem-solving skills.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product managers and engineers.
Preferred
- Familiarity with AI technologies and their application in user experience design.
- Experience in the legal industry or with legal technology products.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices in design.
Compensation and Benefits
The salary range for this role is $190K–$235K, reflecting the seniority and expertise required. The company offers a dynamic work environment with opportunities for professional growth and development.
