Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Chanhassen, Minnesota

Desired Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Holds current Minnesota SLP licensure
• Holds, or is eligible for, ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or is a qualified Clinical Fellow (CFY)
• Demonstrated experience with pediatric or school-based caseloads is highly valued
• Proficiency in managing diverse communication disorders across elementary to secondary age groups
• Skilled in case management, progress documentation, and IEP participation
• Familiarity with a variety of delivery models, with a focus on in-person therapy
• Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy to students in grades 1-11 in an in-person setting
• Evaluate, diagnose, and document speech, language, and communication disorders
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans under school guidelines
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to maximize student progress
• Attend and actively participate in IEP meetings, contributing expert recommendations
• Maintain compliance with state and federal special education regulations
• Provide consultation as a valued member of the school's multidisciplinary support team
