Pay Range: $145,000 – $155,000 annually. The Position The Interim Practice Manager will oversee day‑to‑day practice management operations across multiple clinics. Partner with the Fertility Division Chief and lead approximately eight FTEs, focusing on streamlining processes, KPI management, block scheduling, quality control, patient satisfaction, safety, and staff engagement. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Maintain a positive collaborative work environment, enforce accountability, and be highly organized, communicative, and adaptable to changing needs. Must be available to start within 2–3 weeks of acceptance. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required. Experience with EPIC and scheduling systems required. Fertility clinic experience required. Compensation Details Annual salary range: $145,000 to $155,000. Final rate based on experience, education, training, location, and budget.
