Human Resources Business Partner
LHH
We are hiring for a Human Resources Business Partner in West Allis, WI. This role is a senior position within the HR Department of a growing healthcare organization. If you have at least five years of experience, this could be a good fit for you.
Human Resources Business Partner Responsibilities:
- Work with Senior Leadership and Provide Direction and Advice
- Employee Relations for Union and Nonunion Employees
- Collaborate with Total Rewards: Job Evaluations, Salary Recommendations
- Participate in the Development and Implementation of HR Policies
Requirements:
- Five or more years HR experience
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree required
- Healthcare industry background
- Comfortable working in a higher volume environment
