Role Description

This is a full-time, in-office role for a Long-Term Committed Team Member located in Menomonee Falls, WI. The role involves payroll using QuickBooks, assisting with various office tasks, including coordinating schedules, managing documentation, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth operations in the company.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years general office experience in payroll using QuickBooks
• Strong clerical, organizational, typing and time management
• Computer proficiency, including email and data entry
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Resourceful and dependable, with the ability to work effectively on-site
• Previous experience in A/R, A/P and other administrative or office roles is advantageous
• Commitment to a long-term position and team collaboration

Requirements:

* At least 2 years general office experience in payroll using QuickBooks

* Excellent Customer Service skills *

* Strong clerical, organizational, and typing skills

Salary and Benefits are:

* $50-70K (Based on experience and room to advance)

* Benefits after 90 days probationary period including paid holidays and health insurance

* Paid vacation after one year of employment
