Shipping Clerk

Description:

Shipping Associate I (Outbound - 1st Shift)

Key Responsibilities
Perform all aspects of outbound shipping operations, including :
Packing and inspection of outbound shipments
Preparing shipping documentation

Labeling and coordinating shipments

Process shipments using systems such as FedEx, UPS, and DHL
Coordinate transportation and carrier pickups to meet delivery timelines
Support domestic and international shipping activities
Maintain packaging material inventory and shipping supplies
Utilize internal tools (Google Suite, Zoho, etc.) to track shipments and updates
Ensure accuracy, compliance, and adherence to shipping procedures

Required Qualifications
Minimum 1-3 years of shipping/logistics experience
Experience using shipping platforms (FedEx, UPS, DHL)
Valid driver's license required (limited driving may be needed)

Proficient in :
Google Suite
MS Office (Excel, Word)
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
Experience with international shipping
Experience with systems like Zoho or Salesforce

Education
High School Diploma or GED preferred

Notes:

Shift : 1st Shift (5 : 00 AM - 1 : 30 PM)
Schedule : Monday-Friday
Overtime : Available/expected (after shift and/or weekends)
