Role Overview The Technical Support Specialist I is an entry-level support position within ECP's Technical Support Services organization. This position provides technology support to corporate, administrative, and clinical users while developing technical, customer-service, and operational competencies. What You Will Do Take ownership of inbound technology issues, diagnose and troubleshoot problems, and provide a responsive and respectful customer experience. Why It Might Be a Fit This role requires a foundational understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, software, networking, and troubleshooting, as well as strong customer-service, organization, documentation, and problem-solving skills. Requirements Foundational understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, software, networking, and troubleshooting. Ability to communicate technical information clearly to nontechnical customers. Demonstrated customer-service, organization, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
