Transfer Center Nurse (RN)

The Transfer Call RN is responsible for coordinating and facilitating patient transfers into the health system from both internal facilities and external hospitals. This role serves as a central communication hub, ensuring timely, efficient, and clinically appropriate placement of patients while collaborating with physicians, nursing staff, and administrative teams. Required: Certifications/Licenses/Experience Active Registered Nurse (RN) in Indiana or other compact licensure state A minimum of three years of clinical nursing experience in an acute care setting or related specialty area preferred Patient Placement Nurse // PPRN // Registered Nurse // Patient Throughput Nurse // Hospital Flow Coordinator // DCARE //Command Center // Capacity Planning // Campus: Access & Logistics Center // Midtown Hours: Full-time, 36 hours/week.
