About the Role:

The DMC Processing Associate LV3 plays a critical role in ensuring the accurate and efficient processing of data management and control (DMC) tasks within the organization. This position is responsible for handling complex data transactions, verifying data integrity, and supporting operational workflows to maintain high standards of quality and compliance. The associate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues, optimize processing procedures, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. By managing detailed data inputs and outputs, the role directly impacts the reliability of business operations and customer satisfaction. Ultimately, the DMC Processing Associate LV3 ensures that data processing activities align with organizational goals and regulatory requirements, fostering a seamless and productive work environment.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in data processing, data entry, or a related operational role.
• Proficiency with data management software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a regulated industry such as finance, healthcare, or telecommunications.
• Familiarity with database management systems and data quality control tools.
• Prior experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
• Ability to analyze data trends and generate reports to support decision-making.
• Certification in data management or related fields.

Responsibilities:

• Process and validate complex data entries and transactions with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Monitor and reconcile data discrepancies, escalating issues to appropriate teams when necessary to ensure resolution.
• Collaborate with internal departments to support data flow and operational efficiency, providing timely updates and feedback.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of processing activities, adhering to company policies and compliance standards.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives by identifying bottlenecks and recommending solutions to enhance data management workflows.

Skills:

The required skills enable the associate to accurately process and verify large volumes of data daily, ensuring operational integrity and compliance. Proficiency in data management software and Excel is essential for organizing, analyzing, and reporting data efficiently. Strong communication skills facilitate effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders to resolve issues and improve workflows. Preferred skills such as familiarity with regulated industries and process improvement techniques empower the associate to contribute to higher-level operational enhancements and compliance adherence. 2nd Shift Monday through Friday 3pm-11:30pm
