I opened my agency in 2018 and currently lead a team of two. Before becoming an agent, I worked as a State Farm team member - State Farm has been my entire career. I'm a graduate of the University of Missouri, a proud father of two, and enjoy spending time outdoors whenever I can. Supporting my community is something I'm passionate about. I serve as a Director for the Ford of Sage School District Education Foundation, am an active member of the local Chamber of Commerce, and enjoy giving back through education and community initiatives. As an Account Associate for Philip Snodgrass - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
