Starting at 18.68 per hour | Requires flexibility to work various shifts Are you looking to grow your culinary career? As a Cook 3, you'll prepare high-quality menu items, support kitchen operations, and help maintain outstanding culinary standards in a fast-paced environment. Below are some of the responsibilities as a Cook 3: 1. Prepare and cook a variety of menu items using advanced culinary techniques and food preparation methods. 2. Prepare sauces, stews, and made-to-order menu items while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation. 3. Safely operate kitchen equipment and maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment. 4. Work collaboratively with the culinary team to maintain high standards of food quality and guest satisfaction. 5. Assist with training and mentoring culinary team members. 6. Support inventory, stocking, opening and closing duties, and daily kitchen operations. 7. Work across multiple kitchens and venues as needed while following all food safety standards and company procedures. What you will love about us:

- At least 1 year of professional cooking experience.
- The ability to demonstrate advanced cooking skills.
- The ability to obtain ServSafe Certification within 90 days.
- The ability to complete Culinary Academy within 12 months.
- Basic math skills.
- The ability to work a schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
- The ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds with
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience working in a high-volume restaurant, hotel, casino, or similar
