Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a Corporate Paralegal in Boston, MA. This position is set for a 12 month assignment with potential for extension. Estimated Hours: 24-30 hours weekly Work Schedule: Onsite: Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays | Remote: Mondays and Fridays This role combines contract administration and legal operations support within an in-house legal team supporting large-scale development projects. Responsibilities include preparing and tracking NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, and amendments; managing contract routing and approvals; maintaining records in a CLM system; supporting vendor compliance documentation; and assisting with general legal and project-related administrative tasks. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in contract administration, legal operations, or corporate paralegal support Experience with NDAs, vendor agreements, MSAs, SOWs, and amendments CLM system experience preferred Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel Interested candidates should submit a resume in Word or PDF format for immediate consideration.
