Title Producer / Processor

Location: Philadelphia, PA or Sicklerville, NJ (to work in NJ you need to be licensed in PA)

Compensation: $25-$35/hr

Employment type: Direct Hire

Our client in Philadelphia, PA is seeking a Title Producer/Processor to join their team. This is a Direct Hire opportunity offering between $25-$35/hr. The schedule for this role is Monday through Friday, 8:30AM-5PM

Responsibilities:

• Review and clear title requirements and title commitments
• Review all closing-related documentation, including lender closing instructions and conveyance documents
• Prepare Closing Disclosures (CDs) and settlement statements
• Process and submit documents for recording
• Maintain knowledge of Pennsylvania and New Jersey tax requirements, municipal liens, and related title matters
• Communicate effectively with lenders, banks, attorneys, real estate agents, and other parties involved in transactions
• Identify and resolve issues that arise during the title search, processing, and settlement process
• Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely completion of all closing files

Requirements:

• Pennsylvania Notary Public required
• Pennsylvania Title Producer License preferred (licensing assistance available for qualified candidates)
• Prior experience as a real estate title processor strongly preferred
• Experience in a related real estate, title, mortgage, or legal services environment will be considered
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple files and deadlines with a high degree of accuracy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven problem-solving abilities and experience resolving title and settlement issues
• Familiarity with title software and Microsoft 365 applications preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong customer service skills and commitment to providing a positive client experience
