Responsibilities: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment (vacuum sealers, band saws, dicers, slicers, grinders, etc.) Carry out lubrication, mechanical adjustments, and electrical inspections in accordance with preventive routines. Diagnose failures in mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and vacuum systems. Ensure compliance with food safety standards (HACCP, GMP) and follow all safety procedures and proper use of PPE. Respond to maintenance work orders promptly & record maintenance activities in reports or maintenance systems. Assist in the installation, setup, and commissioning of new equipment & support predictive maintenance programs. Preferred experience: Technical degree in Industrial Maintenance, Electromechanics, Mechatronics, or related fields (Equivalent experience may be considered). 2–5 years in industrial maintenance; experience in the food preferable. Knowledge of USDA/SQF/SOP/GMPs (is a plus). Basic to intermediate electrical and electronic systems, pneumatics, and hydraulics. Reading electrical and mechanical diagrams. Bilingual (Spanish-English). Must be able to read and write in English to perform necessary documentation. #J-18808-Ljbffr
