Front Desk Coordinator

Front Desk CoordinatorResponsibilities:Greet guests in a professional and hospitable manner.Professionally answer all incoming calls and redirect them accordingly.Provide callers with company information such as company address, directions to jobsite locations, company website, employment application, and other related information.Receive, sort, and distribute incoming daily mail.Coordinate the pick-up and delivery of courier mail and express mail.Assist other administrative offices with filing, scanning, sorting, and other various responsibilities.Assist in ordering, receiving, stocking, and distribution of office supplies.Assist in special event planning.Other duties and projects as assigned.Qualifications:High School Diploma or GED required1-3 years of administrative experience in an office environment.Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Detail oriented.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Self-motivated.Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with various departments.What We Offer:A family to fulfill your potentialWe believe everyone deserves the chance to rise to the position their talents afford them.
