Your Job: As the Program Manager, Brooks Academy, you will help bring to life engaging, high-impact learning experiences that reinforce the foundational behaviors of our product culture across Footwear and Apparel. Working within the strategic direction and program framework established by Product Leadership and the Footwear Business Manager, you will coordinate learning experiences that strengthen capability, foster connection, and support organizational priorities. You will partner closely with managers, senior leaders, and cross-functional teams to coordinate meaningful development experiences that connect people, spark ideas, and strengthen capability across the organization. This role serves as the day-to-day program lead for Brooks Academy, ensuring onboarding, capability building, and immersive learning experiences are aligned to the Academy strategy, consistently executed, and continuously improved. In partnership with the Footwear Business Manager and Product leadership, this role helps translate organizational priorities into impactful learning experiences. The successful candidate will be a collaborative and energizing program lead who thrives on bringing people together, turning ideas into action, and creating development experiences that help people grow in capability while expanding how they think about the consumer and the product world. They will be an excellent communicator, a natural facilitator, and a strong relationship builder with a passion for helping others learn, stretch, and contribute at their best. Onboarding Own the development, delivery, and continuous improvement of onboarding experiences for Footwear and Apparel employees, ensuring programs are engaging, relevant, and aligned with established onboarding objectives. Partner with HR to create a seamless bridge from New Employee Orientation into Product-specific onboarding and continued learning opportunities throughout employees’ tenure at Brooks. Manage onboarding materials, tools, and resources that help employees understand the consumer, market, product landscape, and Brooks’ product creation process. Partner with Footwear and Apparel functional leaders, subject matter experts, and the HR Programs Team to review, refresh, and maintain onboarding content in 360Learning so materials remain current, accessible, and aligned to functional needs. Capability & Training Programs Collaborate with Footwear and Apparel leaders to understand foundational behaviors, knowledge areas, and capability needs that strengthen product culture and build functional expertise to support employee effectiveness. Own the planning and execution of Brooks Academy programs, aligning learning experiences with established capability priorities, business objectives, and participant needs. Build detailed program plans, budgets, and delivery models in partnership with subject matter experts to ensure high-quality learning experiences are delivered on time and within budget. Develop e-learning content and digital assets in partnership with Leadership and HR, using the enterprise LMS and 360Learning to broaden access to foundational knowledge and learning resources. Periodically add deep-dive curriculum modules and facilitate employees documenting learnings, tools, and functional content so the library of training materials continues to grow, evolve, and reflect current ways of working. Manage and maintain processes and tools to track content updates, add curriculum in key capability areas, and keep employees informed on evolving processes, technologies, consumer insights, and product-world shifts. Curate and manage internal and external speaker series, bringing in relevant voices and perspectives that expand learning, spark discussion, and connect Product teams to emerging consumer, market, and industry insights. Partner with presenters to strengthen learner engagement by sharing feedback, and helping translate content into interactive, high-impact experiences. Monitor and report on employee engagement, learning outcomes, and program impact, then use insights to improve Academy effectiveness over time. Immersion, Bespoke Experiences & Hands-on Learning Build strong relationships across Footwear and Apparel Product teams and cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Operations to keep Academy experiences relevant, connected to the business, and grounded in consumer and product realities. Design and facilitate engaging, creative learning experiences, including multi-day sessions and tailored development opportunities, that broaden perspective and build the mindsets and behaviors needed for collaboration, invention, shared ownership, and effective product creation. Manage and facilitate bespoke learning opportunities and development experiences that support employees' role-specific growth and exposure across the business. Design follow-up resources, communication touchpoints, and feedback loops that help learning stick and support ongoing application beyond program launch or cohort participation. Stay current on internal and external learning best practices and recommend new tools, ideas, and methods that strengthen Brooks Academy and expand how Product teams learn and grow. Manage multiple Brooks Academy programs simultaneously, including project plans, timelines, stakeholder communication, implementation activities and delivery outcomes. Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communication, Education, or a related field and/or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 5+ years of related project and/or program management experience, ideally in a product creation, education, event planning, administrative, or consulting environment. Experience planning, leading, and delivering large-scale programs that bring people together and drive measurable outcomes. Strong facilitation skills, with the ability to engage groups, encourage participation, and create an inclusive and energizing environment. Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, with a demonstrated ability to build credibility and strong working relationships at all levels of the organization. Proven ability to communicate with clarity, warmth, and confidence in a collaborative, team-oriented, and complex global environment. Ability to positively influence others and hold teams accountable in a non-authoritative manner through strong relationships and effective communication. Strong program management skills, including planning, prioritization, organization, and follow-through across multiple concurrent initiatives. Creative thinker with the ability to turn ideas into engaging learning experiences and continuously improve programs based on feedback. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including strong listening skills and the ability to tailor messages to different audiences. Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to balance structure with flexibility. Knowledge of the product creation lifecycle across Footwear and/or Apparel is a plus. Demonstrated experience working effectively with senior leadership and leadership teams. Collaborative leadership style with a passion for helping others learn, grow, and succeed. Self-driven, curious, and goal-oriented with strong time-management skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Experience with Microsoft Office required. Ability to travel domestically and internationally (25%).
