Experience 12+ years overseeing large scale programs. Understanding of Telecom Application Landscape across CSP Processes- Enterprise Services will be preferred. Experienced in managing Telecom customers. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Strong software and system delivery skills. Responsible to drive Enterprise Telecom Business Solutions, Architecture delivery. Work in Consulting Advisory roles and help customer to solve their business problem, potentially in Telecom BSS area. Drive Solutioning & implementation of Telecom Transformation Programs. Participate in planning and high-level design of the solution and explore solution alternatives; Architectural & delivery Governance; Change & Release management Cadence. Lead Application portfolio optimization (APO) & Implementation of Telecom business centric testing practice. Explore possibilities to Modernize Telecom BSS stack, Run POC, create business case & proposal. Lead Technical Solutioning across BSS Application stack for HCL’s Telecom Customers & Potential prospects RFx in US Account Mining, Generate leads Capability building, reusable asset creation.
Mandatory Skills: Strong IT experience in Telecom domain with BSS experience in Retail, Enterprise and wholesale LOB for following areas: Sales & CRM, CPQ, Care & Self-Help, Enterprise Product Catalog, Order management, Workflow management, Mediation, Rating, Billing, OCS, Revenue Assurance, Fraud Management, Enterprise Integrations, Data & Analytics, Reporting & Dash boarding, Governance & policy management. Extensive experience in tactical and strategic product roll-out including Technology recommendations, architecture, domain driven solutions, API led connectivity, Risk Management, Fault Tolerance, NFR, Resilient architectures. Hand-on architecture design/consulting experience with (any 1) Amdocs, Netcracker, CSG, Sigma e2e BSS stack. Should have worked in customer advisory role across BSS stack for 5+ years. Should be well conversant with eTOM/SID/TAM models, GSMA standards. Experience with TMF architecture & Integration standards- ODA, NaaS, Open API. Experience in e-commerce and Omni-chanel transformations, Customer experience. Strong experience in Business Architecting and designing IT solutions with Enterprise Integrations, Legacy modernization, Functional consolidation.
