Join Barrett Petfood as a Full Time Quality Technician in Little Falls, MN, where innovation meets passion for pet nutrition. • 1ST SHIFT: MON - FRI 6AM - 230PM
• 2ND SHIFT: MON - FRI 2PM - 1030PM
• 3RD SHIFT: MON - FRI 10PM - 630AM
• 4TH SHIFT: 1 WEEKDAY, SAT, SUN 6AM -6PM

Day to day as a Quality Technician

As a Full Time Quality Technician at Barrett Petfood, you will be at the forefront of our commitment to Safety and Quality Control. This role entails conducting comprehensive checks throughout the entire production process, from the inspection of raw ingredients and materials to the final product. You'll actively monitor production methods and practices, ensuring that every step aligns with our rigorous safety protocols and quality standards. Your keen eye for detail and problem-solving abilities will be vital in maintaining our high-performance culture, while also ensuring that our products meet the expectations of our customer-centric mission.

By adhering to sanitation procedures, you will help create an environment that prioritizes both safety and quality, contributing significantly to the overall success of our manufacturing operations.
What you need to be successful

To excel as a Full Time Quality Technician at Barrett Petfood, a range of essential skills is required to ensure effective Quality Control throughout the production process. Attention to detail is paramount, as you will be responsible for meticulously examining raw ingredients and finished products to uphold our safety and quality standards. Strong organizational skills will enable you to efficiently monitor production methods and practices, while computer skills are essential for data entry and analysis. Additionally, mathematical skills will be necessary for precise measurements and calculations during quality assessments.

A proactive approach to problem-solving will further enhance your ability to identify areas for improvement and contribute to our innovative, customer-focused culture. With these skills, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining the high standards that Barrett Petfood is known for in the pet food manufacturing industry.
