About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Revenue Officer to spearhead the development and expansion of its revenue organization. This executive will be responsible for two key growth areas: expanding membership across the chapter network and building a high-ticket sales organization for Chapter Partnership growth. The role is pivotal in driving the company's next stage of growth, with a focus on creating a team, systems, and processes to deliver predictable, scalable revenue. The successful candidate will be a strategic leader with a hands-on approach, capable of operating at the executive level while also being deeply involved in coaching the team and improving the sales process. Key responsibilities for the Chief Revenue Officer include building and leading a scalable revenue organization, owning the sales strategy to meet membership growth objectives, and recruiting and developing a high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years' high-ticket sales experience, a proven track record in creating scalable sales organizations, and strong personal sales credibility. Experience in membership, professional services, coaching, franchise, or licensing, SaaS, or similar high-ticket environments is highly valuable. The role requires a builder's mindset, with the ability to architect the revenue organization and work closely with the team to achieve results. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, and the candidate should have a strong command of CRM, pipeline management, sales automation, and revenue analytics.
