Medical Receptionist Spokane, WA Schedule: Part-time to start | Approximately 10 hours per week, 2 days per week , with the opportunity to increase hours and transition to full-time as the practice grows Pay: $18.00 – $20.00/hour (based on experience) Join a Team That Makes a Difference Dynamic Spine and Pain Institute is excited to add a Medical Receptionist to our team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to get started in a medical office environment or for an experienced healthcare professional looking for a part-time position with the potential to grow into a full-time role. No prior medical office experience is required. We are looking for someone who is comfortable with computers, can multitask in a busy environment, and has a strong interest in working in healthcare. What You'll Be Doing Greet patients and provide friendly, professional customer service Check patients in and out for appointments Answer phones and assist patients with questions Schedule and coordinate patient appointments Enter and update patient information in the electronic medical record (EMR) Verify insurance and assist with patient registration and intake Handle multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail Communicate with patients, providers, and other members of the care team Assist with general front office and administrative duties Why You'll Love Working Here We take care of our team with a strong benefits package, including: Competitive pay 401(k) Health, Dental, and Vision insurance Paid Time Off 7 paid holidays Benefits may be available as the position transitions to full-time.
