Lead Project Manager

To drive the successful planning and execution of complex fiber network expansion programs, the full-time Lead Project Manager will oversee multiple large-scale projects, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure alignment with business objectives while working remotely across the U.S. Key responsibilities Lead fiber deployment and infrastructure projects from initiation through completion, establishing governance and accountability Oversee fiber expansion efforts, ensuring build readiness and compliance with company standards while optimizing deployment velocity Build strong relationships with stakeholders and present project updates, risks, and strategic recommendations to executive leadership Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Telecommunications, Project Management, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered Minimum 5 years of experience in the Fiber or Telecommunications industry At least 5 years of people leadership experience, including direct supervision and development of team members Proven experience in Project or Program Management, managing complex, cross-functional initiatives Demonstrated ability to present project updates and strategic recommendations to executive leadership teams
