Architectural office is looking for a highly motivated Draftsperson with design skills and a keen interest in the built environment to join our team of architects and craftsmen.

Qualified candidates should have a professional degree in architecture or design (BArch, BFA). Excellent communication skills including writing, speaking and drawing are a must and carry significance in our search. Experience in delivering a design to physical realization is a must.

Responsibilities

• -Collaborate on design with project team, clients, and consultants
• -Draw and 3D model all phases of projects from concept through technical drawings
• -Manage drawing sets with discipline
• -Render design concepts and details with efficiency
• -Assist PMs with zoning analysis, client meetings, material specification, and DOB filing

Required Skills

• -Communication (command of English language a must)
• -Hand sketching
• -AutoCAD
• -3D modeling (Rhino)
