New Start Coordinator / Admin role

This position is located in Tomball, TX

Our client is growing! We are currently looking for an experience Project Coordinator to add to the team!! The right candidate will need to be multi-faceted and flexible, able to handle multiple tasks and have excellent organizational skills. This position is with a small but fast growing construction company in the Tomball area.

The New Start Coordinator will gather information about an upcoming job into the field management system called JobNimbus. This will include building plans, plot plan, Customer PO, AAC and vendor estimates, city/county permits, building plan modifications, site legal information (Bld, Lot, Sec), etc.

Experience ordering and construction scheduling would be a plus.

Good communication, excellent attendance and attention to detail is extremely important.

Professional, detail oriented and strong interpersonal skill a must!

Work within the Inside Operations team
Work as liaison between Estimating, Operations, and Inside Operations. Some customer contact as needed

This is a fulltime permanent position with benefits.

In-office/on-site 40 hours/week.

25.00/hr.
