What You Will Be Doing: As an Internal Communications Partner at Helion, you will own key storytelling and communication mechanisms that keep our growing teams aligned and engaged. You will partner with teams across Helion to deliver communications that connect company priorities to team outcomes, guide leaders on how to frame change effectively, and ensure employees have the context they need to do their best work. This role requires sound judgment, resourcefulness, and the ability to balance strategic guidance with excellent hands-on execution. Every day will look different, but your north star will be clarity and connection for our team of builders. This is an onsite role that reports directly to the Senior Manager of Internal Communications at our Everett, WA office. You Will: Serve as a trusted communications advisor to senior leaders and cross-functional partners, helping shape message strategy, audience approach, channel selection, and timing for key updates. Own and continuously improve recurring internal communication channels, including weekly newsletter, team presentations, digital signage, leader announcements, and other touchpoints that help employees stay informed and connected. Lead change communication strategies for critical business initiatives, using employee feedback, channel performance and organizational context to make recommendations that help employees navigate change with clarity and confidence. Own and manage Helion’s intranet and knowledge base, collaborating with documentation owners and SMEs to maintain a reliable single source of truth for company information.
