Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member

Job Opportunity Mike Fahnestock's State Farm Agency is looking for motivated self-starters with a sales or insurance background to join our growing team! Compensation: $60,000-$80,000 Per Year Sign on Bonus for Licensed Applicants Licensing Reimbursement Benefits: * Competitive salary * Dental insurance * Flexible schedule * Health insurance * Paid time off * Signing bonus Additional Benefits: * Simple IRA * Health and Dental Insurance * Life Insurance * Salary & Commission/Bonus * Paid Time Off (Vacation and Personal/Sick Days) * Agent Aspirant Program for Individuals Aspiring to Own a Business Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM located in Wood River, IL Requirements: * Property & Casualty License (must be able to obtain) * Life & Health License (must be able to obtain) * Successful Track Record for Meeting Sales Goals Preferred * Sales Experience Preferred * Excellent Communication Skills Written, Verbal, and Auditory * Self-Motivated Responsibilities: * Meet/exceed team goals and quotas. * Use customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options. * Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed. * Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to integrity and success each and every day. Our team's mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams. We are located in Wood River, IL and help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including: * Auto insurance * Home insurance * Life insurance * Retirement planning State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees.
