Mike Fahnestock's State Farm Agency is looking for motivated self-starters with a sales or insurance background to join our growing team!

Compensation: $60,000-$80,000 Per Year Sign on Bonus for Licensed Applicants Licensing Reimbursement

Hours:

Monday-Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM located in Wood River, IL

Requirements:

• Property & Casualty License (must be able to obtain)
• Life & Health License (must be able to obtain)
• Successful Track Record for Meeting Sales Goals Preferred
• Sales Experience Preferred
• Excellent Communication Skills – Written, Verbal, and Auditory
• Self-Motivated

Responsibilities:

• Meet/exceed team goals and quotas.
• Use customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to integrity and success each and every day.
