As an Analyst II in the DMFEA Case Management and Outreach Branch, the incumbent develops, implements, and maintains enhanced database protocols while committed to excellent customer service. Under the Supervisor I, the Analyst II maintains the Division's Case Management System (ProLaw) protocols and generates reports, compiles statistics, performs quality assurance checks, reviews court documents, and analyzes case information.
