As an Analyst II in the DMFEA Case Management and Outreach Branch, the incumbent develops, implements, and maintains enhanced database protocols while committed to excellent customer service. Under the Supervisor I, the Analyst II maintains the Division's Case Management System (ProLaw) protocols and generates reports, compiles statistics, performs quality assurance checks, reviews court documents, and analyzes case information. ANALYST II Desirable Qualifications In addition to evaluating each candidate's relative ability, as demonstrated by quality and breadth of experience, the following factors will provide the basis for competitively evaluating each candidate: Knowledge and experience with ProLaw, MS Excel, Adobe, Outlook, Word, State Administrative Manual, and the State Contract Manual. Ability to analyze and resolve problems, examine court documents, communicate effectively both orally and in writing, work effectively with all levels of management, executives, and other state agencies.
