Responsibilities Drive creation of quality initiatives, process change and Lean initiatives to meet business plan. Overall responsibility for safety, quality, performance, and customer experience of inbound or outbound operations. Set and clarify requirements and expectations for Operations and Area Managers; measure performance, give feedback, hold accountable. Leverage Managers by sourcing ideas and integrating them into improvement plans. Ensure best practices shared across departments, shifts, and network. Work closely with support staff to secure resources for projects and initiatives. Additional Job Elements Lift and move totes up to 49 pounds. Regular bending, lifting, stretching, and reaching below waist and above head. Walk throughout the FC and around area; facilities over a quarter mile in length. Continual standing and/or walking average of 5 miles daily. Work in noisy, unlit, unheated, non‑air‑conditioned construction/distribution environments. Access all storage areas via ladder, stairs, gangways safely. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Preferred Qualifications Experience in similar operational management role with Lean and safety focus. Strong communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills. Ability to develop and deliver performance metrics and coaching.
