Sourcing Analyst

We are seeking a Procurement & Strategic Sourcing Analyst to support strategic sourcing, category management, and supplier relationship management within a fast-paced, matrixed environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in IT/BPO outsourcing procurement, electronic sourcing tools, supplier negotiations, and contract support. This role partners with cross-functional stakeholders to develop sourcing strategies, optimize supplier performance, reduce costs, and mitigate supplier risk. Key Responsibilities Support category management and execute strategic sourcing initiatives across assigned spend categories. Lead and support RFI/RFP processes, supplier evaluations, bid events, and vendor selection. Conduct market research, spend analysis, and total cost of ownership (TCO) analysis to support sourcing decisions. Develop sourcing strategies, supplier roadmaps, and negotiation plans aligned with business objectives. Negotiate pricing, contracts, commercial terms, and supplier agreements. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers. Monitor supplier performance, resolve supplier issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Identify cost‑saving opportunities, reduce procurement risks, and improve procurement processes. Utilize electronic sourcing and procurement tools to improve efficiency and compliance. Support contract drafting, procurement documentation, and sourcing best practices. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. 2+ years of procurement, strategic sourcing, or category management experience. MUST HAVE: IT/BPO outsourcing procurement and sourcing experience. Experience using electronic sourcing/eProcurement tools (Ariba, Coupa, Jaggaer, SAP Ariba, Oracle, etc.). Experience managing RFI, RFP, RFQ, supplier evaluations, and contract negotiations. Strong analytical, financial, and research skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other MS Office applications. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with supplier risk management and contract management. Experience working with AI‑related procurement initiatives.
