Responsibilities As a Business Analyst II, you will lead requirements definition, solution design, and technical analysis for projects and minor enhancements within the IT Digital Banking and Community Deposits team. This role requires strong technical expertise to translate complex business needs into scalable, secure, and compliant technology solutions. This role regularly supports digital platforms and client‑facing experiences, including web and mobile applications, UX/UI‑informed enhancements, and digital service integrations, while also partnering on back‑office and platform modernization work. The Business Systems Analyst collaborates with product, data, and engineering teams to translate user needs, design standards, and digital workflows into clear, technical requirements. The Business Analyst will work closely with enterprise solution architects, developers, data teams, vendors, and business partners to define and capture technical requirements for vendor application configuration, APIs, data flows, system integrations, and end‑to‑end solutions that support internal operations and client‑facing experiences. Develop, document, and maintain test artifacts, including test scripts, validation scenarios, test data requirements, and support for system and user acceptance testing. Partner with solution architects and engineering teams to define solution approaches, integration patterns, system interactions, and design tradeoffs, ensuring alignment between business intent and technical implementation. Exercise independent judgment, lead complex initiatives with minimal direction, and facilitate working sessions to drive decisions, resolve ambiguity, and progress delivery. Manage multiple initiatives concurrently with transparent communication to leadership.
