Job Description
Exciting Opportunity for a CT/X-Ray Tech Traveler!

Job Description:


- Shift: Nights, 10 hours
- Saturday/Sunday/Monday/Tuesday
- 8:30 PM - 7:00 AM
- 40-hour workweek

- Responsibilities:
- Position patients on the examining table and adjust immobilization devices for optimum views.
- Perform all routine diagnostic procedures with expertise.
- Operate fluoroscopic and radiographic equipment, setting exposure factors appropriately.
- Use film processing equipment with proficiency.
- Deliver mobile imaging services in various settings: operating room, emergency room, and at the patient's bedside.
- Practice radiation protection techniques to ensure safety for patients and staff.
- Prioritize and organize daily workflow effectively.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Maintain basic computer skills for documentation and reporting.
- Adhere to the prescribed dress code: hospital blue scrubs (provided), business casual attire with a lab coat, and basic plain personal scrubs.
- Keep hair pulled back if longer than shoulder length and avoid dangling earrings.

- Important Notes:
- Requests for time off (RTO) must be noted and verified at the time of profile upload.
- No more than 5 days of RTO accepted - less is preferred.
- Must work during key holiday periods:
- Thanksgiving Day and the following weekend
- Christmas Eve through Christmas Day and the following weekend
- New Year's Eve through New Year's Day and the following weekend


- Qualifications:
- 2+ years of current CT Tech experience in a hospital setting (Required)
- 2+ years of current X-Ray Tech experience in a hospital setting (Required)
- Proficient in Fluoroscopy, Digital Radiography, Portables, and OR C-arm (Required)
- Experience with all age groups (Required)
- New Hampshire MIRT temp easily obtained with equivalent state license for CT/X-Ray
- Previous travel experience is preferred
- Traveler must have their own vehicle
