This position is focused on executing established test procedures, documenting results, and performing basic troubleshooting when issues are identified. The role does not require component-level repair experience; however, candidates should be comfortable following detailed test scripts, diagnosing failures, and escalating issues appropriately. Key Responsibilities:
- Execute product testing following documented procedures and test scripts
- Identify and document product failures or anomalies
- Perform basic troubleshooting to isolate issues
- Accurately record test results and failure details
- Escalate failures requiring additional technical review
- Maintain compliance with work instructions and quality standards
- Experience performing product, equipment, or quality testing
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow detailed written instructions and processes
- Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Computer proficiency and accurate data entry skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Manufacturing, service, or quality assurance experience
- Experience with electronic or electro-mechanical products
- Familiarity with diagnostic software or testing equipment
- Experience documenting inspection or test results in a production environment
