Human Resources ManagerA leading law firm is seeking a Human Resources Manager for its Dallas office. This role supervises the HR team, receptionist, executive legal secretaries, and word processing staff, while overseeing full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and the firm's annual performance review process. The Manager partners with the Director of HR on employee relations matters, serves as a trusted advisor to attorneys and staff on HR issues, and champions a culture of respect, professionalism, and accountability. Additional responsibilities include managing the budget for firm events, collaborating with Marketing and Accounting on annual law journal surveys, leading employee recognition and engagement initiatives, streamlining HR processes, ensuring compliance with employment law, and supporting the firm's DEI committee.Candidates should have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and at least three years of HR Manager experience, ideally within a law firm or professional services environment; PHR/SPHR or SHRM certification is preferred. Strong knowledge of employment law, excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, discretion with confidential information, and proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office are required.
