Pediatric Physical Therapist

Job Description

This position is for an inpatient pediatric acute and rehabilitation physical therapist specializing in providing care and therapy to children. The role requires working collaboratively within a healthcare team to support the rehabilitation of pediatric patients.

Position Details

Shift: 5x8 days from 08:30 - 17:00, Tuesday - Saturday
Guaranteed Hours: Hours are guaranteed after the call-off policy has been met.
Parking: Free traveler parking available.

Requirements

Experience: Minimum of 6 months of inpatient pediatric post-graduate work experience in acute or rehabilitation settings for children. Strong pediatrics experience is essential.
Licensure: A valid California Occupational Therapy license is required. If a California license is not currently held, licensure from another state is acceptable, along with the willingness to obtain a California license using the 60-day rule.
Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
On-call Requirement: No on-call duties are required.
Maximum Requested Time Off: Up to 6 days of RTO allowed.
Charting System: Experience with Epic electronic health record system preferred.
