As a Cook, you'll play a key role in supporting the health, happiness, and daily experience of the residents at Hearthstone in Pella.

As a Cook, you will:

• Create delicious meals: Prepare a variety of hot and cold dishes daily using chef-approved recipes that highlight your culinary skills.
• Work alongside culinary leaders: Collaborate with chefs and food & beverage directors while gaining hands-on experience in a professional kitchen.
• Support specialized diets: Help craft meals that meet modified diet plans, making a real difference in guests' health and satisfaction.
• Maintain high standards: Monitor food quality, manage portions, and act quickly to ensure every plate meets our service excellence.
• Practice smart & clean cooking: Follow proper sanitation and waste control practices, contributing to a safe, efficient, and sustainable kitchen.

Opening: Full-time and part-time

Qualifications:

• Culinary education preferred
• Minimum one year cooking experience
• Experience with quantity cooking and modified diet preferred
