Our team combines advanced training with compassionate service to be ready for providing excellent patient care. The organization promotes a positive work environment through teamwork, schedule flexibility, and a strong focus on professional support and work life balance. \n \n \n * Level IV Trauma Center \n * Level II Stroke Center \n * 12 Hour Shifts \n * 9 Beds \n \n \n How you'll contribute \n You'll make an impact by utilizing your specialized plan-of-care intervention and serving as a patient-care innovator. You will shape exceptional patient journeys every day and leverage your skills and our cutting-edge technology to directly impact patient wellbeing. A Registered Nurse (RN) who excels in this role: \n \n \n * Performs plan of care interventions, including medication administration, specimen collection, clinical treatments, and other medical care activities. \n * Documents patient care provided. \n * Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition to the care team, physician, patient, and family. \n * Assists patients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, elimination, nutrition, and ambulation. \n * Collaborates across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including transfers, discharges, referrals, and psychosocial/spiritual support needs. \n * Evaluates patient and family learning needs and provides appropriate education based on age, culture, condition, and circumstances. \n * Advocates for the physical and emotional well-being of the patient. \n * Participates in performance improvement and continuing education. \n * Provides quality patient care and works flexible shifts or units as needed. \n * Maintains regular and reliable attendance. \n * Performs other duties as assigned. \n \n \n Why join us \n We believe that investing in our employees is the first step to providing excellent patient care.
