Ohana is expanding and looking for a Retail Sales Representative to join our in-store sales team in the Raleigh area — with a real path toward leadership for the right candidate.

No cold calling. No door-to-door. All work is completed in-store. This is an in-person, customer-facing role based inside major retail locations. You'll engage customers, represent wireless products and services, and help people make informed decisions.

In addition to working in-store, our team also spends scheduled time in the office for training, coaching, and performance meetings. This structure allows us to develop skills, stay aligned, and continuously improve execution on the sales floor.

This role is best suited for someone who wants more than just a sales job — someone looking to build a track record that leads toward account management and leadership opportunities over time. Advancement isn't guaranteed, but we promote from within based on performance, coachability, and consistency, not tenure.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• 18+ years old
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Coachable, reliable, and goal-oriented
• Sports-minded individuals or candidates with leadership/management experience encouraged to apply
• Ability to pass a background check
